Die App ist nicht fertig – und soll es auch nicht sein. Hier steht, woran ich gerade sitze und was noch in der Schublade liegt. Ohne Datum: fertig ist es, wenn es gut ist. The app isn't finished — and isn't meant to be. Here's what I'm building right now and what's still in the drawer. No dates: it ships when it's good.

  • Mehr Objekte für mehr Timer More objects for more timers

    Jeder Timer bekommt sein eigenes 3D-Objekt, das du aufziehst wie eine echte Eieruhr. Auf dem Basteltisch liegen gerade unter anderem ein Onigiri, eine Schachuhr und ein Zahnputzbecher – und in fast jedem versteckt sich ein Huhn. Every timer gets its own 3D object that you wind up like a real kitchen timer. Currently on the workbench: an onigiri, a chess clock and a toothbrush cup — with a chicken hiding in almost every one of them.

  • Objektwissen wächst mit Objects that know their subject

    Jedes Objekt bringt das Wissen seiner Nische mit: Nudelzeiten nach Sorte, Reissorten, Hähnchen im Ofen und in der Heißluftfritteuse, Ziehzeiten für Tee. Ein Tipp auf das Info-Symbol, und die Zeiten stehen da, wo du sie brauchst. Every object comes with the know-how of its niche: pasta times by shape, rice varieties, chicken in the oven and the air fryer, steeping times for tea. One tap on the info button and the times are right where you need them.

  • Mehr Bewegung, mehr Optiken More motion, more looks

    Zusätzliche Animationsmodi für die Objekte und weitere Optiken zum Umschalten in den Einstellungen – damit dein Timer so aussieht, wie du ihn haben willst. Extra animation modes for the objects and more looks to switch between in settings — so your timer looks the way you want it to.

  • Eigene Alarmtöne Your own alarm sounds

    Mehr Klänge zur Auswahl und Sound-Packs zum Wechseln. Wer lieber von einem Gong als von einem Klingeln geweckt wird, stellt das dann einfach um. More sounds to choose from, bundled into packs you can switch. If you'd rather be woken by a gong than a ring, you'll just swap it.

  • Kurzbefehle und Siri Shortcuts and Siri

    „Hey Siri, Ei in 6 Minuten.“ Timer starten, ohne die App zu öffnen – und Ticking Egg in eigene Kurzbefehle einbauen. „Hey Siri, egg in 6 minutes.“ Start a timer without opening the app — and drop Ticking Egg into your own shortcuts.

  • Bestenliste für Chicken Jump A high score for Chicken Jump

    Das versteckte Mini-Spiel bekommt eine Bestenliste. Wo es sich versteckt, wird hier natürlich nicht verraten. The hidden mini game gets a high score table. Where it hides stays a secret, obviously.

  • Rangliste Leaderboard

    Anonymer Wettbewerb, nur mit einem Spielernamen: gewertet nach gestellten Timern, längster Serie und Gesamtzeit. Steht auf der Liste, ist aber noch nicht angefangen. An anonymous contest, player name only: ranked by timers set, longest streak and total time. On the list, not started yet.

  • Mehr Sprachen More languages

    Ticking Egg spricht Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen kommen, sobald auch die Texte in den Objekten sauber übersetzt sind. Ticking Egg speaks German and English. More will follow once the texts inside the objects are properly translated too.
